milling and processing options. An important focus at our company is the production of individual prefabricated parts. We receive a large number of requests for prefabricated parts every day that
we produce on the basis of drawings or digital drawing data. However, our customers do not always have drawings or data.
PA – Polyamide:
Polyamides (PA) are semi-crystalline, linear polymers with sensible mechanical properties and sensible chemical resistance to organic solvents. However, they can be easily attacked by acids and
oxidizing chemicals. Poliamid PA Fertigteile is often used as a construction material because of their outstanding
strength and toughness as well as their excellent sliding properties. Aschauer uses these thermoplastics as a material to produce individual prefabricated parts for mechanical and plant
engineering.
PE – Polyethylene:
Polyethylene (PE) is a thermoplastic, partially crystalline, non-polar plastic. The various polyethylenes are differentiated based on their respective molar mass (molecular weight), which is
decisive for the physical properties of each type of Polyethylene PE Fertigteile. They are characterized by high chemical resistance,
good electrical insulation properties and good uniformity.
